A producing strawberry tree (medronheiros) plantation for sale. A great investment opportunity!
The business consists out of several properties with great sun exposure and the optimal soil condition for a high fruit production.

The plantation consists of:
– Total of 15 hectares (37 acres / 150,000 m2)
– 30,000 medronheiros
– 800 olive trees
– a storage shed on one of the properties

This project is registered under an association with the activities described for development, transformation, commerce, and export of agricultural products. There is a possibility to take on the brand that is already associated so you don´t have to invent the wheel again. You can continue sale of the high quality produce of aguardente de medronho that is already well-sought after in Portugal. There has also been business proposals to sell only the fruit to aguardente producers and producers of flour of the medronho, which is gaining in popularity and use.

The strawberry plants were planted in different stages, the oldest are 13 years and are in full production. Current average production per year of the entire plantation: 12 tons (12000 kgs).
