The farm consists out of several buildings to renovate, and terraced land with a total of around 17,100 m2 (1,71 hectares)
There is a stone farm house, a stone building that was used for animals and storage houses made of concrete blocks. A great variety of vegetation including olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, strawberry trees, pine, eucalyptus. The land has not been used for years, so a good cleaning is needed.
Plenty of water from two wells and two mines. Electricity used to be connected and mains water passing on the main road.
