H489 – Horta Cimeira

Off-grid plot of 5000 m2 with 2 wells, crossed by water stream, located in the middle of the forest. Secluded spot and accessible by dirt road. In order to reach the plot, you need to pass a small water stream (see photos).

A plot with a lot of diversity; a part for agriculture including olive trees (around 20) and strawberry trees (around 30) a well, and bordered by a water stream. This is also an ideal part to place a removable structure. On the hill included in the property are a few pine trees. The part after the stream is another great spot for growing vegetables with good soil and a well.

900 meters from São Domingos with fuel station, café´s/minimarket, 6,5 kms from Sarzedas, 16 kms from Castelo Branco.
