The property has a total of 3874 m2 with a registered rural construction consisting out of ground floor and first floor. The rural construction is in very good condition as it was completely renovated by the current owner. The roof is brand new and very neatly done with sandwich tiles and clay tiles on steel supports sealed beautifully with concrete atop the schist. The first floor is installed with concrete slab upon concrete girders and breeze blocks. The internal walls have been thoroughly brushed off then properly spray finished with an appropriate stone-lacquer to prevent the deterioration/dustification of the walls. It has a newly installed Velux window which provides adequate internal illumination during the day with the door shut, as well as the Bulgarian Woodstove which includes an oven compartment and is neatly installed in the corner with a proper chimney on top (it only needs some new glasses installed.) The inside measurement per floor is 3,50 m x 4,00 m. The height of the first floor is 2,57 m.
The land is playful with different levels for different purposes. On the top level there is a pine forest that creates shade for the summer and some firewood for the winter. The stone building is below as well as some wooden structures with bed and toilet and a seating area. There is also a small water pond on this level which fills up in winter. Around the house, there is a tasteful garden which is landscaped with beds for plants, flowers and trees. There is a cherry tree and a male and female kiwi tree.
The two levels below have great soil for agriculture and you can find here the well, chicken house, irrigation channel and many fruit and olive trees. There are fig trees, loquat, apple trees of various varieties, pear trees of various varieties, a peach tree, a goji berry bush, 2 orange trees.
At the bottom of the property is the Magueija river that runs all year round.
Access is by dirt road of 650 meters, not recommended for big campervans, but accessible for high passenger cars and of course 4×4´s.
The village has a bus stop to take the bus to Castelo Branco, which is at a 29 kilometer distance, the closest village for shopping, fuel and café is Grade and then Sarzedas with council services, post office, kindergarten, tyre garage, garden shop is located at 9,5 kms,
