H585 – Quintinha de Chá

Rustic property located in the forest and hills near Sarzedas. The total area is 6840 m2 and is playfully divided into different parts. The main part consists of a concrete building of around 20 m2 with recent roof in good condition, flat land for cultivation with olive and orange trees, a well and the land is bordered with a seasonal river. Here you can also find pine trees and a few oak trees. Next to the building (not registered) is a water tank. This main part is facing south-east, perfect for cultivation and living.

If we follow the property up hill, we find more pine trees and another part (around 4000 m2) that is north facing. There is currently no vegetation on this part. It can also be used for cultivation or placing a temporary structure.

Very quiet location, just outside a hamlet, surrounded by nature. Good access by tarmac road.
7,5 kms from Sarzedas with council services, post office, ATM (cash machine), BTT center, garden shop, tool shop, car garage, cafés, restaurant, and 27 kms from Castelo Branco.
