Excellent farm of 1,5 hectare with storage buildings, 2 water ponds, a well and stunning views. The location of this farm is very convenient. It is only a few 100 meters from the village of Pedrogão de São Pedro but inserted in the peace and quiet of the rural area around the village.
The soil is great for farming, as it is rich and flat. There are around 30 olive trees (some of them over 200 years old), a vineyard, and the most important fruit trees like: apple, pear, fig, a several orange trees. There are also some oak trees, recently planted strawberry trees and cactus.
Water from two water ponds, of which one has an integrated well with spring, and there is another well on the land. An underground tube is connected to a watertank that can be fed from the upper water pond by opening the tap. If that would not be enough, there is a possibility to make a borehole. Electricity is still at a significant distance, therefore, a solar panel system is the solution.
There is a large concrete storage building with three main divisions which measures: 5,00 m x 5,00 m and 5,00 m x 7,00m and 5,00 m x 6,20 m. It is registered as a rural construction with 51 m2. It has enough height to transform part of it into a nice country house.
There is another separate storage building as well which measures around 3,00 m x 5,00 m. There is a chicken house and a pig house.
Views on the mountains around and you can see as far as the top of the Serra da Estrela!
Accessible by dirt road for any type of passenger car.
