H610 – Freixa

Enchanting off-the-grid property of 10,500 m2 (1,05 hectares) located 7.5 km from Castelo Branco, access via a reasonable 1.7 km dirt road that is accessible for all cars. The road is maintained with a tractor.

Furthermore, a food forest was planted in 2019, with all kinds of fruit trees, small fruit and herbs. The fruit trees are already in production. Drip irrigation installed and connected. There are 3 old olive trees . There is also a wooden house on the land that is rented out as a guest house via Airbnb, which generates a nice income (500 eur/month).

Also included is a VW transporter van with bed and cooking facilities, so 2 extra sleeping places for guests.
