H678 – Brejas

A great opportunity to revive this beautiful property of 40,000 m2 (4 hectares) in the middle of nature. A wildfire swept through this property in the summer of 2023, and it is now slowly recuperating. This property is a clean slate to start a homestead and to improve the land by planting new trees. There are several types of trees that benefit from this soil. On the slopes you could plant forest pine trees, pine nut trees, olive trees, oak trees or strawberry trees (medronheiros). In the valley will grow most fruit trees, olive and oak trees, and the soil is great for agriculture.

There are two stone ruins on the land registered as rural constructions with 35 m2 and 39 m2, and two wells as a water source. The valley is rich in water with a channel passing from the top of the valley to the bottom. There are two water tanks for water storage as well.

Located 1,5 kms from the village Monte Gordo, and 1,5 km by foot from the regions most natural river beach with bar, Cerejeira ´Couca´. 28 kms from the city Castelo Branco.

Accessible by reasonable dirt road.
